10-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 10-day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. The 10-day window starts from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, shoes must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- Clean, with original tags and packaging intact
- To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@tykeshoes.com with your invoice number and order details or Call/WhatsApp at +91 9903319352. Our business hours are weekdays from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM and Saturdays from 10.00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Final decisions rest with Tyke and will remain confidential.
Refund Mode:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
6-Month Manufacturing Warranty
All Tyke shoes come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, reach out to us at info@tykeshoes.com, and we’ll take care of it.
